Yep it's rigged, the rod is almost as big as the hole's width, you'd need to be surgically precise to get these prices. They don't want you getting the prizes, that's the whole point of these games :P

I say it's better to go to an arcade with that money and at least have some fun, these kind of games not only are expensive they frustrate you, no fun in that lol

I wonder if any of the people against this whole lobster claw machine eat seafood themselves? You realize that since you can't eat seafood that dies naturally, you basically have to cook it alive? That popping noise whenever you steam mussels, clams, lobsters, yeah, that's them dying a slow death.

@jessbabbyx actually it does matter. I'm pretty sure this is extremely stressful for the crabs, more stressful than the normal tanks. When animals (people too) are stressed, they produce certain hormones and you can taste that. It makes the flesh bitter.

@blipblopify I had one at my old work. It's not as bad as you think. They come in about once a week to clean the tank and check the lobsters health. The food comes in the the system. It's no different from the tanks that you see at a seafood restaurant.
