  • Thank you for this .....enjoyed very much. Truly an example of a beautiful woman who was ,I think, destroyed by expolitation. Just my opinion...based on my heart not the true facts, because I dont really know them.....at least not all of them. :) But again thank you. Great piece!

  • pure beauty and talent!

This is the real beautiful voice, No AUTOTUNES!!!

  • I love her full figure.. nice to know hollywood used to celebrate real beauty. Now celebrities are all fake. They get fake boobs and fake plastic faces. And we all hate ourselves cause we don't look like them. Some girls are just beautiful full figures like Monroe.

  • @anticliche321 Marilyn Monroe's beauty was mostly natural, but in Hollywood she did have nose and jawline plastic surgery; bleached her hair; and had its top stylists daily do her ever new trendsetting hairdos, draw her alluring eyebrows, eyeshadow and mascara and Revlon Red lips. But yes, good figures then could only be gotten by good diet and exercise.

  • Loved watching your video . . . and your music selection. Thanks.

  • There's only one Marilyn. She was a voluptuous beauty with a sweetness and vulnerability as well as a gifted comedienne. My favorites are "Some Like It Hot" and "Let's Make Love".

  • Marilyn was to die for! Her body is amazing. It was very rare back in those days to see a white women so vuluptuous as Marililyn. She was truly a beautiful woman with looks to kill. One of my favorite movies of hers is Some Like it hot. Theres a scene were she walking to the train and John Curtis and Jack Lemmon made a comment about her behind. As he stated(It's like jello on springs). Yes Marilyn had a lot of jello and she wasn't afraid to hide it.

  • Love Marilyn Monroe and her Sultry Songs-That's why I Perform as Marilyn Monroe...Kisses,Melinda.....xoxo

  • She's the most beautiful woman ever!!! I admire her so much.

  • how can we describe her singing voice ? Especially her high notes? I can't think of anyone else who does the vibrato that way. How to describe?

  • "I found Marilyn to be one of the great talents of all time..

  • great job,.my idol 4 ever

  • What movie is the photo at 2:41 from?

  • @conewells ya got THAT right, my friend. :DD

  • @conewells yes did

  • the most beautiful woman...I admire her so much...but imitations are those only imitations...stars only shine once in the time.......

  • @marcemg2002 yeah she was

  • she is the most gorgeous woman that has ever lived

    no woman can replace her

  • you are really fan!

  • This is great to hear - thanks for posting! Marilyn had a beautiful singing voice and it's very clear that she'd hold her best against a good many "singers" of today. Marilyn had a few different vocal coaches over the years, and in the 1950's (her Fox period) she was encouraged to listen to Ella Fitzgerald recordings - a great place to start! Marilyn learned quickly and later became friends with her singing mentor.

  • I wanna marry Marilyn Monroe. When we meet in heaven, I wanna propose to you Marilyn and please accept. I wanna marry you! I am in love with you Marilyn. Come and haunt me! I wanna marry your soul right here right now!

  • THIS WOMAN COULD SING.

  • I think she didn't do too badly at singing. At least she did her own vocals.

  • this is great video on my idol Marilyn! thank you for putting this together CaliforniaDreamin1! John

  • I love the pictures and all the songs.

    ------Ellen

  • Excelente muy agradecido por compartir

  • Beautiful! Thank you for this....she was beauty and talent all rolled up in one!

  • great voice besides beauty

  • love this woman

  • Marilyn was actually a very good singer, very talented....she deserved more credit for everything she did....too bad the movie studios back then were too stupid to know what they actually had...a great actress , a great talent....

  • Wow...all THAT and she can sing too...you did a great job, I have always wanted to see a montage' of her songs...my friend and I made a strictly amateur video in tribute to Marilyn...dancing to Elton John's "Goodby Norma Jean"...it's posted next to this comment...we hope you all enjoy it...keep up the good video...long live Marilyn...

  • i've been seen on many comments here thats saying: marilyn looks like britney! thats wrong, i think they are meaning Britney Looks Like Marilyn, its wrong to say marilyn looks like britney because she was born before britney! but ive agree britney she looks alike marilyn monroe at some of her pictures!

  • that realy looks like Geri Haliwell at 4.32, I would never of thought it was Monroe.

  • I loved it!!!!!!!!

  • PLEASEEE SOMEONE ANSWER ME! is it true, in the bed scene.. while she under the sheets and nothing else.. she she start to pertend she was masturbating. and the director said i like it but the cencors wont pass and she s said but thats part of the charcacter.. and told her own story of it and haunting bits came to it..

  • not true.

  • LOL

  • Where did you find the version of 'Kiss' that you used? It was not the same one as in Niagara. x

  • a fine romance is from the prince and the chorists

  • she was more beautiful than a thousand roses. she was prettier than any other girl in the world such a precious flower:)

  • Heh, she was half norvegian. (proud norvegish, ja, jøss.)

  • Yes. Marilyn recorded them in the studio and then was dubbed by her own voice in films. The head of Fox, Daryl Zanuck, also did not believe the singing voice in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes was her own, and promptly requested her to sing for him in his office, which she did.

  • hi pink goddes. you left a comment two months ago.lol and youd sadi Darl Zanuck asked monro to sing for him in his office becuase of him not belaving she sand in gentlemen prefer blondes. after he sand.. what did he say?

  • Hi, the author of the biography I read that in didn't elaborate, but I think it was implied he changed his mind about her. Zanuck initially detested Marilyn and threatened to destroy her, but obviously grew more positive after she became a huge box office draw for Fox.

  • MadameAshlini i think the movie is Lets make love lol

  • i wish she were still alive. "i wanna be loved by you just you nobody else but you..." gosh.......... lol.this is great

  • These sweet lyrics by Marilyn make me cherish English.

  • Super, Marilyn Monroe war eine einmalige Frau. Einfach unglaublig.

  • What movie was she in at 3:20? Whoo! Love the dress!

  • that's "let's make love" made in 1960 where Marilyn plays Amanda Dell, a theatre actress.

  • love it!!!

    ihave this song!!

    it's great!!

  • absolutely gorgeous montage.

  • Thanks for this. The most underrated actress/songstress (is that a word?) in the history of popular entertainment. A true one-off. Beautiful.
