Thanks to a nice little mutation called Delta 32 in a few peoples bone marrow, the Aids virus can no longer gain hold on these people. They are immune to Aids.
Marrow transplants from people with Delta 32 inherited from both parents, it prevents the virus from reattaching itself to cells. HIV and Aids are on there way out of existence.
