While I agree with your perspective that you are an energy being and not just a physical being, I have to agree with the nurses' assessment of you. They weren't talking about your spiritual survival (that does survive), they were saving your physical self, and your child's physical self. While the decision to stay or go may have been spiritually ordained. They saved your butt, and deserve that acknowledgement. They were part of the plan to assist your return to physicality.

Why are there hell ndes? Could they be religious people trying to get people to follow Christ and live without sin? Its impossible to be sinless in the flesh. What did you learn about sin?
@dallas5sb, I don't know why everyone experiences their own individual perception, including something labeled as "hell." I had no experience of sin in my NDE, and it would be left to the individual interpretation of the meaning of sin....everyone will have a different perception, and they're all one.
Hi Tami, lately i have been under a great depression spiritually. I have really been questioning my religious background and faith that i was raised in, which was Christian. I have truly been wondering if this is all there is, and there is nothing to look forward to when we die. It truly bothers me deeply. Do you, personally, believe in an afterlife or the human soul? And do you believe in a higher power? I am so confused to what the Truth really is, seeing there are so many different opinons.
@ohyeahhMAN123, there are many differing opinions, and I invite you to explore what appears for you. It's the pure seeking to know what is in the depth of the never-ending. I believe in a higher power/soul/God that is always guiding...Its the one in control, and I believe It's multi-consciousness. I don't believe that things ever end because there is no beginning. Thus, there is no afterlife (our mind's description) as It's all right here and now.

@ohyeahhMAN123, I believe that there are a gazillion dimensions/parallel realities existing right now. Thus, we simply "occupy" a dimension/dimensions simultaneously. All is all-ways whole and complete. We're always accessing these dimensions "unknowingly." All loved ones are in existence as is everything. Just because we can't see them with our "physical" eyes doesn't mean they don't exist right now. They exist in a dimension that may require different senses.

As you think of your friend in this moment, you are witnessing his presence in this unlimited spaciousness and in this so-called memory, which can only be in this moment, he represents all that is. . Hello, Tami. I have been interested lately in the NDE phenomenon. To me, it is a compelling proof that there is life after death. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am curious to know, though, whether you experience some aftereffects from the NDE. Some ND experiencers tend to report having heightened sensory perceptions immediately after their NDEs. I was just wondering if you experience any of those. :-)
@Kenneth32107650, thank you for your question. It took many years (in linear terms) for this integration to occur. The NDE experience taught me that there is only timelessness always. The NDE hovered around me as if being led to look at many things for my awareness. It's been within the last year that it feels as if integration has occurred meaning there is oneness, wholeness that is present, and awareness is recognized. Does this make sense?
@tamiclose It does. What is interesting is the fact that this type of experience seems to lead one to a much higher level of awareness and understanding of consciousness and spirituality. If only everyone could have an NDE (without having to die, of course). I think the concept of onesness is spot on. your truth is something to be understood and respected but i have learned that to find real truth, we must go beyond self and connect with the creator. we are simply insufficient in and of ourselves to know ultimate truth. god lives within us but is also over and above us. going within alone can be a real trap leading to images of clear shadows on walls that we can not property interpret. we need to turn our gaze beyond self to our source for it is there that we will find the truth.

There is only ONE, and the decision was made to discover that we were the ONE all along through all the apparent ideas of separation. When the two become one, there in lies the Kingdom of Heaven. @tamiclose I have relearned that everything is interconnected, and to this extent there is only "one." But the whole is comprised of infinite aspects - each with their own personalities - which can rightly be called "selves." All aspects get to contribute uniquely to the Great symphony and dance. All is influenced by all but we ourselves are not the whole. And we ourselves are not our own source; we are one another's source as we allow the Source to channel it's great love of life through us.

I have never had a near death Exper. But I have had a unknown person come to me back in 1996 and tell me she was sent to talk to me about death that she had died many times and she knew I was afraid of death which I was. Not as bad As I have been afraid of it the past 6 months tho I guess I never had one of these so it hard for ones who haven't to believe really which I want to so bad.But I don't understand why when this happens its so different for everyone. isn't there just one heaven?

your truth is something to be understood and respected but i have learned that to find real truth, we must go beyond self and connect with the creator. we are simply insufficient in and of ourselves to know ultimate truth. god lives within us but is also over and above us. going within alone can be a real trap leading to images of clear shadows on walls that we can not property interpret. we need to turn our gaze beyond self to our source for it is there that we will find the truth.

There is only ONE, and the decision was made to discover that we were the ONE all along through all the apparent ideas of separation. When the two become one, there in lies the Kingdom of Heaven. @tamiclose I have relearned that everything is interconnected, and to this extent there is only "one." But the whole is comprised of infinite aspects - each with their own personalities - which can rightly be called "selves." All aspects get to contribute uniquely to the Great symphony and dance. All is influenced by all but we ourselves are not the whole. And we ourselves are not our own source; we are one another's source as we allow the Source to channel it's great love of life through us.

Wonderful! I think the same as you..sort of darwinism for your soul. I do think we evolve when we die...into another state of being and perseption perhaps. its strange really, how we look at things will be totally different. Everything will be nothing and nothing will be everything...its hard to explain but i think u did very well.

Like this lady Nancy who spoke to me about spoke to me about the light and how beautiful it was and after she told me she ended up moving she did live next to me in a apartment for about 2 month till the day I went to speak to her cause she ask me to when I had time. I swear she never meet me before and I never seen her again this is why I Believe in this so much. But I don't understand why we are a ball of light and the others in heaven have legs and stuff??two many questions.. I need to know.

I have never had a near death Exper. But I have had a unknown person come to me back in 1996 and tell me she was sent to talk to me about death that she had died many times and she knew I was afraid of death which I was. Not as bad As I have been afraid of it the past 6 months tho I guess I never had one of these so it hard for ones who haven't to believe really which I want to so bad.But I don't understand why when this happens its so different for everyone. isn't there just one heaven?
