Audi V8 and gearbox, still has the output to the axle that powers the rear diff in the original car. the central torsen must be locked somehow

You can make an american V8 sound like a euro V8 if you give it the same displacement, intake, and exhaust setup. A V8 is a V8 if it has the same displacement. It may have a different rhythm, but exploding gasoline sounds the same out of open exhaust.
