For an airplane that far away the explosion was way too big, also the explosion was in front of the tree that makes it much more unrealistic.

Haha, it's funny how a plane which we could barely see made such a huge explosion as the laser got it. If it was that far away, the explosion wouldn't have been that big at the very beginning, rather smaller but bigger as parts of the plane were coming down. A great start though, I liked it :)
