Yeah... I believe now that these guys were probably day laborers and had no idea what they were doing. The stucco job was inconsistant and pretty much sucks.
nope. as it turns out, lots of small cracks have developed in the three years since this was filmed but the stucco cement sticks to the chicken wire no matter what.
