@Iconah Any movement can be considered dangerous with heavy weight, if done with bad technique. He is performing the motion in a smooth and controlled manner. Flex your internet muscle somewhere else champ or post up some training vids of your own.

Hey, you should fully extend your arms in the propper position with a 45* angle.. otherwise you'll hurt your back..

this is like mix of dumbell press and dumbell fly so easy to get injured with heavy weights.
