  • @novagymvideos Yes I do, and I know this isn't the real way of doing dumbell bench presses, but besides the form is good. just pinch shoulder blades tho

  • Hey, you should fully extend your arms in the propper position with a 45* angle.. otherwise you'll hurt your back..

  • this is like mix of dumbell press and dumbell fly so easy to get injured with heavy weights.

  • @Iconah Any movement can be considered dangerous with heavy weight, if done with bad technique. He is performing the motion in a smooth and controlled manner. Flex your internet muscle somewhere else champ or post up some training vids of your own.
