@Bonjourneau I go after jack rabbits with a .25 PCP airgun and have killed them at 100 yards. 10 yard rabbits are no challenge thus no reward. If you're going to hunt rabbits at 10 yards at least use a bow.
Im not that convinced with his story that he actually shot this with a bow? archery hunted for many years and maybe its just the lack of story detail but its almost like he found them or he shot them maybe with a gun, just not entirely sold on the story.. am i just being dumb?

Very nice, very nice.... I have a corner mount of an 8 and a 10 point white tail bucks that got hung up. Sadly, they were both dead when I found them, so they were wasted, but the mount is still pretty sweet! These were truly bucks of a lifetime. Congrats, dude. :D

@1994naser if it is possible to do so, but do you see how ratty the one he shot looks? that deer never would have made it for one carying the dead deer, and two complete exhaustion, not being able to eat or drink that is a much worse death than being harvested by a hunter, even though the best outcome would have ben for them to break free, and lived another day, who knows thats nature its the way it works

Most states that deer hunting takes place in has such a high population of deer that if hunters didn't kill them they would just all starve to death, or become diseased. @forgiveaspie I'd say that's a coin flip... if the other dear was already dead for a day (or longer), it's hard to tell what shape the meat was in on the one that was already dead. Also would depend on the temperature outside, etc.

You know, hunters do nature a favor anyway. Most states that deer hunting takes place in has such a high population of deer that if hunters didn't kill them they would just all starve to death, or become diseased. This is because of the predators that kill the deer are also killed by farmers, or illegal hunting.
