I love how Bloc Party has song after song which becomes my favourite! Helicopter to Banquet to Hunting For Witches to Flux to Uniform to Ares to Mercury to One More Chance to Talons to Your Visits Getting Shorter to Compliments to Song For Clay to SRXT To England To Rhododendron to Skeleton to Like Eating Glass to She's Hearing Voices to Signs to Sunday to So Here We Are to Positive Tension to The Prayer and it goes on + repeats itself! @candycrav4ever of all of the more than 60 concerts i've seen in my life, the one they gave in paredes de coura(portugal) was the best i've seen so far. i can agree with you in part, most of the songs of intimacy have too much studio work, and they don't sound as good live.

@vegiitable yeah, same here, I saw them in Australia in Sydney back in November 2008. every song was BRILLIANT except for Flux. Kele's vocals were off and it just really fell apart.. not a song they should play live... too bad it's a popular single... :( even though i love ALL of their stuff and Bloc Party!! haha

people need to really cease the "live they suck" line. thats not the point! of course, live performances arent going to be carbon copies of the album.

the point IS the experience. being there for something as amazing as this was the point, watching video on utube is only, at best, a second hand experience that can never replicate the feeling of being there. im sure not many people there were commented in a derisive way on his vocals, the experience of it live always overwhelms the cynicism.
