You can either come to Cheng San CC at Ang Mo Kio St 53 every Thursday 8pm or Blk 182 void deck Bishan St 13 every Sat 8pm . Yes, yellow is the colour of our uniform but you can still wear the normal silat uniform at both these training grounds. Silat is for everyone to appreciate, hence it is open to all races. Why you don like macan ? We love everyone in silat. One of the meaning of silat is friendship i.e. silat-turrahim... salam perkenalan from our humble perguruan to you, pecinta silat...

Silat is for everyone. Perhaps when you open up and get to know us a little bit better i.e. our philosophies and perspectives towards silat Tanding and silat in general, it could ease the dislike somewhat ? How can such a beautiful art come from a bad source ? All the movements of the hand you regard as bunga is essential in all our techniques. I am Malay but silat can be appreciated by all races especially in Macan Pasrah. This is bcoz we are really into the physical aspects of the art. We do not teach or practise any spirituality component of silat at all.

Yes I am the instructor at both training grounds i.e. in Cheng San CC and Bishan RC. Don't worry, silat is open to all races, similar to TKD, Karate and all martial arts in Singapore. Hope to see you soon.

is wushu n kung fu for all races lol? Cause 1 time i want to join right they allow but they make fun of u in chinese. i feel uncomfortable u noe lol.But nvm i go for the things that i want.

I think whenever you want to practise an art outside of your comfort zone, there must be a little bit of sacrifice on your part. Therefore my advice is to stay close to the instructor and just show support to him or her. Focus on the things that you want to achieve. However if the instructor is jerk then the art is not worth learning anyway...
