Also i found it funny that you go out to central park to find some ingredients. Hi Maangchi!!!! I've been looking at different Kimchi pancake recipes and some people use a prepackaged Kimchi flour. You use regualr flour. Is there a difference? The owner of the Korean restaurant I often visit suggested the kimchi flour.
@jpark0718 Make both version: with egg and without egg. I prefer without egg because egg hides kimchi flavor. ; ) the second version in the video recipe is used egg.

I love you so much!! I can't wait for more recipes. I was wondering how do you make spring onion Kimchi? Is it the same way as you would make any other type of Kimchi. I can't wait till it is time for Mul Kimchi!! My favorite of Favorites.

This looks delicious! I love your videos Maangchi! Do you think you could post a recipe for Tuna jeon? My friend made it for us when we were in Korea, but whenever I try to make it, it doesn't turn out right. Anyways, thank-you for these videos, they're great!
