Love your videos! Would love to praise you with compliments but in an effort to be direct I will just ask you. Have you ever had an instance where the rear trunnion rivet (long) was too large (circumference) to fit into the rear trunnion hole? What would one do at that point? I know the trunnion was from a virgin kit, do I just drill it larger so that that rivet would fit?
How much larger are we talking about. If it's just a little too large, then it shouldn't be a problem. What kind of kit is this? Some of the oddball kits used 4mm long rivets instead of 4.5mm. I've seen Virgin Yugo kits that were made this way. Use your best judgement and if it looks like you'll have enough meat left, drilling or reaming the hole oversize shouldn't be a problem.
ive seen an AMD65 with the underfolder configuration (polish m70). if I have a receiver blank, what would need to be done and parts needed for this? do i need to pick up a polish m70 rear trunnion and drill the blank accordingly?
i have a question for you, lets say someone has drilled a hole compltly through a barrel. Is there any way to repair the barrel after it has been removed?
Is there a way to locate the holes without purchasing the jig?

It would be cheaper (and safer) to buy a new barrel. With enough time it could probably be fixed, but I wouldn't shoot it.
Was it drilled through the chamber or through the barrel just beyond the chamber, like a deact from europe?
Either way, I'd just scrap the barrel and get a new one. I'd never really have faith in any repair to damage like that.
