It's an Elvaan WS but Mooshywooshy ported it to Mithra.

Yeah it is. This is the first custom DAT file I have seen for weapon skills, where did you find this?

That's actually a ws from the WoTG expansion, it belongs to a campaign NPC, the WS is called Uriel Blade I believe.

That would explian it. I haven't seen many of the WS's from the NPCs in campaign.
