If you perform deadlifts and explode to stand up during the lift, your hands are subjected to a massive amount of resistance that forces your finger flexors to contract tighter and harder in order to maintain hold of the bar, which in turn causes the micro-tears and Trigger Finger.

I have been unable to find exercise 3. Can you post the link please? I have seen a doctor about my middle trigger finger and he did not mention at all that exercises could free me of the pain, which has gotten worse due to inactivity. I am glad I found your site and hope your ideas work for me. Even the cortisone shots are painful in the beginning. You look like you work-out. So do I. Could trigger finger be caused by lifting weights using traditional dumbbells and barbells?
I am glad that it worked so quickly for you! For some individuals it takes several weeks of consistent exercise to obtain relief. So, if you are one of those people, do not get discouraged and be diligent with your stretches / exercises!
well i exercise regularly anyway and i tought of some new excercises wich make it a lot of fun and pretty much do the same. for if you dont have elastic gloves with your approval ill video tape them and post em as a respondse XD.
they could be alot of fun for kids aswell :P
its your exercise but just a bit diffrent it worked for me
@URehab Enjoyed your 3 videos on trigger finger. Already had surgery on my index finger about 2 years ago. Now my little finger is snapping a little and painlessly, and middle finger is stiff and painful. Will work on your finger exercises, but where can I find the glove? Thanks!
