The bit that gets me every time in this scene is the shot of Sun's mother at 1:19 as she grabs Sun tightly and cries, its so powerful especially the timing with that part of the music - i know we haven't grown to care so much about her as a character but just that expression of relief and happiness for having her daughter back I think is something that everyone can relate to. Its the exact same emotion i feel whenever i return home and embrace my family having not seen them for a long time.

Again one of those unbelievable strong moments in LOST. After everything they went trough on that Island, they finally get home.

Kate alone with Aaron is sad, but actually, on some promo pictures you see that Jack introduces her to his mom. So I think they cut it right before that happens because on the Island we start the scene with Kate.

No one really knows. She just walked off into the jungle with Christian (Jack's dead father) and appeared in Jacob's cabin (not sure if your that far into the show to know who/what that is...). But it's confirmed we'll be seeing her in the future, so we'll find out, eventually.
