There was some info that blizzard already has a final copy of D3 in their office, so this so called "final developement" is just a way of making people to sign in to the wow anualpass to get more money. Yeah with bugs and exploits in game today. A lot of the time, bugs/exploits that are "hidden" are usually found by a certain people and never reported so they can exploit it with the games release. It makes betas seem useless because certain people just use it as a testing ground to find them and never report them. It's see in any muli-player nowadays. I can get deal with a game that has minor a bugs, but things that ruin it for me are performance bugs, memory leaks etc.

Diablo 3 has not been delayed.

There was no official announcement that it was.

All they did was reimplement an older stat systems that they were using two years or so ago. It's not like they had to redesign anything, just reimplement this older system and fix item stats and balance gameplay.

The changes are already made and implemented into the recent beta patch 10.

D3 has to be perfect at release because of the potential for RMAH exploits/glitches.
