there was another way to defeat scorpio alot faster.. jump punch jump punch web like half, jump puncp jump punch, do this in a cycle and u can beat him less then 30 seconds for me, tips from a pro

There's no PC version of this game, only PS1 and N64. You could try to download the Spider-Man PS1 disc image and play it on the PC through an emulator, but there's no official PC port of this game and disc images for PS1 are massive in size. =/
