@Groveman122 Dede had contracted the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) which has caused warts to grow excessively on his body. It had gotten so bad due to the fact that he has a fault with his immune system causing it to be severely compromised and has allowed the wart virus to grow to such a massive extent. Basically, this video tells the background of the tree man and the surgeries. There's no update on his condition here. The last part of the video mentioned that he needs few more surgeries to remove all of the warts. So, I'm assuming this video was taken before his last surgery.
For someone with such a weak immune system i'm surprised he managed to endure so many surgeries and pain. it's just a shame this couldn't have been treated before it got worse.

Although it sounds really difficult, it's actually quite an easy language.. =) I'm learning it ^^ Indonesian grammar is incredibly simple, but Indonesian speakers speak quite quickly and use lots of abbreviative words and slang. For example the word for "I", in Indo that's "saya" however they often use "aku" which is informal (thus slang) or the abbreviated "ku".
I really hope gets through this. He's gone through alot of trials because of his illness and deserves hope. I'm not a christian or believe in any organized religion but he is in the hearts of millions, people pulling for his recovery and that has to mean something.

If not for this condition he would be very handsome. This is truly a touching story of the strength of spirit of this man. The doctors are saints for him. He is so soft spoken and a sweet character. I pray for his continued healing. He is a miracle of humanity.

What is up with the stupi immature comments, seriously if you had the same disease would it be funny now stupid little fuck, he has gone through so much and he kept himself together and now he has gotten better. I am only 15 and I would never make an immature comment like some of you, I am glad he has gotten better. Pray he keeps getting better and stays better. I feel/felt sorry for him. Hope he has a great life :)

@Groveman122 Dede had contracted the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) which has caused warts to grow excessively on his body. It had gotten so bad due to the fact that he has a fault with his immune system causing it to be severely compromised and has allowed the wart virus to grow to such a massive extent. Basically, this video tells the background of the tree man and the surgeries. There's no update on his condition here. The last part of the video mentioned that he needs few more surgeries to remove all of the warts. So, I'm assuming this video was taken before his last surgery.

For someone with such a weak immune system i'm surprised he managed to endure so many surgeries and pain. it's just a shame this couldn't have been treated before it got worse.

Well, this comment I will put probably does not have anything to do with the disease from Dede, but, does anyone know if it is hard to learn the language spoken on this video? It somehow seems hard to get a grasp of.

@zurdo1432 The language spoken in this vid is Indonesian. Although it sounds really difficult, it's actually quite an easy language.. =) I'm learning it ^^ Indonesian grammar is incredibly simple, but Indonesian speakers speak quite quickly and use lots of abbreviative words and slang. For example the word for "I", in Indo that's "saya" however they often use "aku" which is informal (thus slang) or the abbreviated "ku".

I really hope gets through this. He's gone through alot of trials because of his illness and deserves hope. I'm not a christian or believe in any organized religion but he is in the hearts of millions, people pulling for his recovery and that has to mean something.

How would you feel if it was you that had that fungus and people were laughing at you. Pretty bad wouldnt you. so dont make fun of other people because you would be hurt. The guy had to be hospitalized for so many months and months, separated from his children and daily life activities. I like that they show him with other members of the community praying. And for those unaware, it is not God that brings diseases and illnesses. Just like there's a living God, there's a living devil. If "WhoJoo" has never found evidence that there is a God I can't wait untill the day he does. One day all will see how great our God is (:
