Katy Perry is a poser. Gaga, although her music is not my cup of tea, is truly an original. La Roux....cool all around. Originality went out the window about 1987, giving way to over 20 years of boring clones. La Roux is totally androgynous, sexy, fun. The singer has a great voice. America, who tends to adore posers (that Lambert queen and Katy Perry come to mind) may not be able to handle this. This newer generation has never SEEN cool originality and may fear it. Time will tell.
