If you are wondering where the remaining videos are -- I began to realize how much they suck, quality-wise, so I decided to learn more about video production and re-do them. That went into the "Get Around To It" folder. Hopefully I will get them done this winter, with the visual portion being the actual book pages rather than some old dude up there yakking
is there a difference to allen carr´s "easy way to stop smoking"? everything you say seems very familiar to me from carr´s book... i think it is clear to (ex-)smokers that smoking is no physical but mental addiction. i think it would be better to work on how not to substitute smoking addiction with sth else when you succeeded in stopping...greetings!
I have not heard of the book you reference. If this is a veiled plug for the book, and it helps people, then so be it -- I won't remove your comment :o)
i guess that smokers just have very similar experience and i am very happy that you share your experience and help others. i just was reading this book from allen carr and what you said reminded me of this book very much. so go on and enjoy your non-smoking life;). ps: sth stands for "something", sorry, my english isn´t really good!
Super. I stopped smoking dont even know how. It started annoying me, tasting bad, smelling aaaaaaawful, so I suddenly couldnt stand it anymore. And this was one of the BEST THINGS that ever happened to me! :)
Part of my influence was Self Image Psychology - but that was incomplete without the relaxation and concentration techniques of self-hypnosis. Combining the two is what makes the difference.

Eary on I mostly stole them ... I won't go into details. In HS I spent my lunch money.
