Something amazing I've noticed, pretty much for the first time in my life, I dropped my sizes. I wasn't too overweight when I started my HCG promgram, but I went back to my 16years old body, but for the 1st time in life I dropped my sizes. I left the 10 to 6!! sometimes 4 fits me!!! I loved my HCG results! Almost 23 lbs lost!
that 1st-day weight-loss is in fact water-loss triggered by lowering the persons insulin-level. Which is a good thing ! Very good! Comes about because of the low-calorie diet (500 cal)...
