It was a nice thought but you should really do it right. Also I would have done the choreography differently. and better. I have put on as well as been a part of numerous successful and good flash mobs. you should have advertised this on campus better for people to put on or help in organizing it.

I am not sure if the person posted this posted the whole video but it is supposed to be done in a highly public area to draw attention to your cause and it is supposed to disperse into the regular crowd. you are supposed to get a message across not just dance around for charity that is what shows are for. This flash mob has shown what wonderful hearts Carleton students have and has benefitted the Ottawa Mission, by way of the non-perishable food items each participant brought, and also by way of online donations to the Ottawa Mission.  It was a huge success. Anyone who criticizes just doesn't get the message of campus life and generosity to one's community. Carleton University should be proud of their students for having such a joyous spirit. I know I am.

For half of the courses offered here... we can sit on our ass and watch the lectures at home while you guys have to bus and and attend all lectures or else you get screwed. Our lectures get recorded and we can watch them on T.V. or DVD. So yes, I know. It's unfortunate. We DO have more time on our hands than you do.
