Never seen this before... i mean with this intro ;-) A great video and song! Gary Numan was so creative between 79 to 83 then he lost his way... like Bowie did from the early 80's. @mrmarcus68 - correct... While both Pino Pallidino and Mick Karn are amazing bass players... Mick only worked on Numan's "Dance" LP... also I don't remember him ever "popping" the the strings as on this track...

vhs deteriorates and quality is lost, so transfer to cd if possible.there is a device i know of that help improve quality though when transfering .. its called "copy this!" from Sima. mine is about 2 or so years old but there may be something new outthere so check.

I have this on an old bootleg video. It's called Newman/Numan...or Numan/Newman, I forget which, but it's an old compilation from 1982, which was also released on vinyl. Cool song. I love Pino Palladino's bass playing.
