Terrible review, this is definitely a protein powder. you need carbs for your post workout, after your workout they are actually an extremely important part of your post workout nutrition. Carbs will be used by your body to restore muscle glycogen. If your post workout meal doesn't contain carbs, your body may actually instead break down muscle tissue for this same purpose. That would be a bad thing. Carbs also create an insulin spike which helps to move nutrients into your muscle tissue quicker

Probably gain, the amount you gain will depend on how much you work out also. and since your fifteen (a teenager), your growing and getting bigger each day naturally...i dont think you need to worry about maintaing your muscles right now. they are already rapidly growing as you move through puberty, as long as you eat right. not saying you should slack off in your training or n e thing because of this tho.

ON gold standard whey is WHEY Protein(Concentrate+Isolate) , syntha 6 is a blend of various proteins and its main purpose is slow release protein, so its best if u take it at bedtime or 1st thing in the morning, nothing can make you gain if u have a bad diet
