  • makes u fill like ur a big brother and ever one else is looking up to you to be right like a hero or some thing thats how id see it like looking at a cop is like hes big phiscaly is not what i mean like mentaly he is big grand and ext in that suck that peaple fear him haveing that much power u know and peaple fear u so u act nicer to show more clearly u are nice that is a ruff sum up of what i thank y peaple act more so when haveing a CG

  • Just because some one ask you for your money or your car or brakes into your home to take what you have does not mean that's there full intent. The statistics are not in your favor. When you have the opportunity to act you should. Its your best defense.

  • You are right - I've been carrying for 15 years. When I've encountered aggressive people I've had to say and do all kinds of things to de-escalate them. They always walk away believing I'm a coward and eating crow, but little do they know I was doing them a favor because my only other alternative would have been to shoot them if they decided to attack me.

  • @adric22 makes u the bigger man to seemingly dill with a shame but u are right and no matter at thats is what is right. thank u

  • Hey Kiks so should police be shot once so they know the consequence?

  • i carry concealed legally in fl. and since i've gotten my permit i feel totally safe in any situation, any place, day or night. i dont know if im more courteous, i've always been a nice guy, but knowing the fact that you can protect yourself and those around you makes you more confident, and when you exude confidence, people notice. im not saying that im a braggart or full of myself, just stating the fact that being totally safe makes you a better all around person.

  • I have a carry permit.open and ccw. I am excited that your a ccw owner. Your making our numbers greater. Hard for them to take our rights away if we activily show that we are exercising them.thank you.by the way,I carry a glock 23 40cal

  • H1wayman - Huh ?? Delusions of granduer because I consider myself a nice guy, as do others? There is an old saying not to have an argument with an idiot, because you cant win. I guess you win...

  • Oh, and on the street, I'm the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I'll stop and help you change a tire, let you in front of me in line if you got less to check out than I do, and the first one to come running if a kid, any kid, falls at the playground. You'll never know that I possess the ability to defend myself or others with certain lethal force unless you make the mistake of being a threat in my presence. And then you'll only know it for a second.

  • A tape recorder... Seriously??? Thank God you have chosen to not carry. The idea being that there are enough idiots with guns already. I carry to protect myself and family from those who dont think or dont care...

  • guns turn assholes into angels

  • i would love to carry. it would make me safer. i abide to the law. have a job but the police will kill me up here. they even shoot there own somtimes. they will kill you if you are unarmed too . what to do???

  • I have my ccw, My friend and i were home invaded by a couple kids a couple years ago, i had to sit an watch him get pistol whipped an robbed, IN OUR HOUSE. I had my pistol but because i didnt carry concealed at the time it wasnt on me, i had just gotten home. I will never be in that situation again. Vary good points from everyone!

  • @DANGERTASTIC u got robbed by by a bunch of kids with guns.. scary...

  • Comment removed

  • @lifes40123 Not a bunch...just 2. They came into our house. Im pretty good in those kind of situations, it just sucked my boss had to get hurt. They were at least in their 20's. I had a gun in my face for 18 minutes before one of them walked me down the hall wit the pistol in the back of my neck.

  • @DANGERTASTIC wow thats sad and scary.. i hate usa politics..

  • i wish i was an american!!

i want a fucking gun! british laws SUCK!!!!!

  • @romeoward18 we may be fat but we are always packin.

  • well spoken, good video. i carry every day and i agree, it makes you more courteous and more aware of your surroundings.

  • I am a responsible gun owner and ccw permit holder and the guy who said that carrying a gun around makes it mire likely to be used Is right but it also makes it so that carrying a gun around will make it less likely to be killed, I will aim for the chest no needbto give them a second chance and less lawsuits

  • @TheKentuckykid9513 you are the best argument for not allowing people to walk around packing heat. Aim for the chest? You're ready to kill. Who protects me from you then. Do I have to wear a kevlar vest to be prepared for when someone reaches inside their jacket and you let loose?

  • @GretchenDawntreader

Uh yea, you aim for the chest. C.O.M. is the easiest and safest area of the body to hit in a high stress situation. Shooting for anything else is simply irrational, unsafe and stupid.

  • If carrying guns made everyone polite and careful, they wouldn't have called it the Wild West.

I'm sure this fellow is a responsible gun owner, but I don't want to be on the sidewalk when some car backfires and 15 people draw their weapons and start "defending themselves."

Like a gun, you have a right to own a chainsaw, but most people don't walk down the street with a running chainsaw in their hands "just in case." Carrying a gun around by definition makes it more likely to be used.

  • @GretchenDawntreader I disagree. I think, the more guns that are out there, the less likely it is that any individual gun will be used.

Look at all the shooting tragedies we've had in this country. They've mostly occurred in schools, colleges and a few professional workplaces where guns are disallowed.

I've never heard of a major shooting tragedy occurring at, say, a police station, gun store or rifle range.

  • @jimbad05 well when you got that kid from the Trenchcoat Mafia who shot up that school, he didn't shoot everyone because guns were banned, he shot everyone because he was a loner misfit who hung out in his basement torturing small animals and mounting their skulls while collecting weapons. And his parents who let him for some unfathomable reason.

  • @GretchenDawntreader and why didn't he open fire on, say, a police station or shooting range? Even nutjobs fear death. He knew that he would have virtually no opposition in a school setting. Virtually nobody is brave enough to fire on a place where people are armed.

  • @jimbad05 given the choice between stopping a school shooting by (a) arming everybody so if anything starts it's a hail of bullets, or (b) making sure that kids and nutballs and maniacs are screened from getting guns, I opt for (b)

  • @jimbad05 I also point out your use of the phrase "brave enough." Opening fire on a random crowd is not a rational act. You assume an actor with principles who will use judgement and weigh the consequences. I think that's rather optimistic to expect from a sociopath. The Va Tech guy was off his meds and deranged.

  • @GretchenDawntreader He was most certainly not acting rationally. Yet, even irrational people still fear death. People like the VA tech and Columbine shooters are bullies who prey on the weak. Do I think we should arm children? Probably not, but, disallowing armed security guards or teachers from carrying weapons is simply illogical. Guns in the hands of responsible people can stop crime and prevent senseless loss of life.

  • @jimbad05 people commit crimes because they think they will get away with it. Or, they are crazy and are just committing suicide by police. These people always get taken down, but the line of people waiting to do the same thing doesn't get any shorter. More guns will just mean more deaths, accidental deaths, people shooting themselves...but hey, let Darwin work his magic.

  • @GretchenDawntreader People die by a variety of different means. More cars means more deaths, should we ban cars? Knives?

  • @GretchenDawntreader i cant agree with that sir

having firearms is a right and was handed down by our forfathers

having an armed society means 2 things one is that people have the right and ability to defend themselves 2 and the most important is that the people have firearms to protect thier rights from an out of control government

it happened once no reason it cant happen again ask yourself this question if our forfathers hadnt had guns....where would this country be now? food for thought :)

  • @jimbad05 I agree with you. Can you imagine someone running into a gun store trying to rob the place with a deadly weapon. You'd have to have a death wish.

  • @GretchenDawntreader But the people in the "Wild West" you talk about were hardened, dangerous, criminals. It's not the weapons people carry, it's the mindset and intent of the person carrying it. The point of the video is that RESPONSIBLE gun owners are generally more polite. Wild West outlaws were anything but responsible.

  • 1 rule..............respect all people no matter what. More respect for elders. Only draw and use your weapon if and only when your life is in danger by iminent threat.

Better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by six.

  • It gives me a sence of security and justice if needed but it stays by my ankle.

  • @AKxALLxDAYx A CCW does give one a sense of security, you're right. I thought about a small gun for my anlke, but there is one drawback. You need to bend down to reach your weapon. If I was to have an ankle weapon/holster it would be as backup. stay safe.

  • mini tape recorder is the best handgun, no license, perfect for catching bullies, those that talk trash, those cops, teachers or preachers acting more like Hitler.

    donze52 films

  • @donze52 haha I hope you're not serious. If someone enters the area you're in with the intent to harm you' are you going to record it on your mini tape recorder? Or throw it at them? Unless you have some James Bond style handgun disguised as an audio recorder, it is nowhere close to being the best handgun.

  • @DAB0690

I am serious, a child can not carry a true handgun but the tape recorder is

a witness of the event, and being so, can bring justice in the court.

if not there, then there are groups that will take the informatino and

go after the bad guys, ( around here they call it back road justice.

but it starts with a tape recorder for children

  • @donze52 I'm not doubting the fact that an audio recorder can prove to be a great tool for use convicting people. I'm arguing your statement that it is the best handgun. It may help convict criminals but it can't stop them as quick as a gun.

  • @DAB0690

I agree with weapons for adults, though hand gun is not

for me, I like to carry two blades, and on walks my 50 cal. blow gun cane.

each to his own, for you though I hope you never need it, till the war comes

  • That's awesome. Instead of just listening to everyone, you are actually taking the time and effort to try out something to get your opinion on it. Thank You. I have a licence to carry open or concealed and I have been doing so for just two years. I find it very comforting, and I am a non confrontational type. No one knows I carry and hopefully no one will ever have to find out that I am. Good luck, I truely hope CCW works for you. If so please join the NRA, they are our voice against the bans

  • if your carrying a gun and you get in a fight, can you shoot that person?the reason im asking as im from uk and all handguns are banned so dont know about gun carry.

  • @RedJellyable - if you get in a fight as in a shouting match, no. you will be charged with homocide. if you get punched, you can't just say oh my life's in danger and double tap the guy in the chest. i mean you could - then try to argue in court that your life was in danger. you are justified in drawing your gun and aiming it at the person, and if they then still attack you, you can shoot. you alawys have to think about "what happens IF i shoot this person?" some states have no duty to retreat.

  • no duty to retreat means that if someone else draws a gun on you, like in a manner of trying to rob you or something, you are within the law to blow them away. but you always have to consider that there will be district attourneys and prosecutors that will try to find any charge against you that they can. there are some who want to disarm anyone they can so they will do anything they can to get you jailed or at least disarmed.

  • @hogger129 If I pulled my 357 on you in order to rob your hillbilly shorts and maybe your $5 I'd drill you I'd pump you with so much lead, you wouldn't even float in the dead sea. (look up the physics during your vacation) -WHY ??

Because I'd shoot first and there ain't a damn thing you could do about it. Now, braniac: wouldn't it be better to hand over your meager five bucks and let the "bad guy" go? OR: do you want to start a shoot out and kill every innocent by stander?

  • I think everyone so eager to conceal a deadly firearm should be shot at least once. That way they would know what the consequences are for injuring potentially innocent people. The wounds and their aftermath are shocking. Most gunslingers today only have a retarded ignorant mentality and nothing in common with Wyatt Earp!

  • @kikstikdrum i have to say that no "potentially innocent person" would put themselves in a position to get shot by someone legally carrying concealed. if they are going to try cause me grievous harm or steal from me, i will draw on them regardless. i don't think that i should have to get shot just because i want to protect myself from people in those categories and, furthermore that does not make them "innocent" anymore.

  • @kikstikdrum the retards looking to legitimize their "make my day" attitude, like the ones i think you're describing will most likely not pass their instruction, be denied the permit (probably due to some tarnish on their record earned because they are truly a moron) or they will just carry anyhow, illegally. does that mean i should have to get shot once to be eligible to protect myself from those dorks also?

  • @hogger129 thanks for the reply, you explained it good just be careful with it,and dont lose your temper lol.

  • @RedJellyable - think about it from the perspective of a police officer. what do they think? it's not like if someone tries to resist arrest or runs, they can just empty out a mag on the perp. this is one reason i learned kung fu and ju jitsu. i'm more justified in beating someone's ass rather than killing them. although i could kill using those two things.

  • I would have to shoot before you would since I can't take the chance of losing the fight, which I probably would.

  • No, that will be aggravated man slaughter/murder.

    The only justifiable homicides are:

if a person is a lethal threat to you or bystanders.

If you are a willing participant in a fight then you already are in violation of the law, you might even get your ccw license revoked

On the other hand if you are assaulted (Key word unprovoked), and the person is a serious threat you then have ever right to defend yourself and the people around you.

  • @JayJayNYC2DC thanks for explaining that but say the person hits you so hard your knocked silly and he pulls your gun and shoots you with it,i think you cant let someone hit you as its too dangerous for you or the people around you.

  • @JayJayNYC2DC it depends where you live. much of what you said does not apply to me (AZ) you can use deadly force if (A) you are forceably removed from a vehicle, motorized or not (car, truck, skateboard, bicycle) (B) an intruder forceibly enters your place of residence (no retreat or warnings neccisary on your part) *AZ's Castle Doctrine* i'm not a lawyer, dont quote me, and dont consider this as legal advice

  • how old u have to be to get a legal gun and what do u have to do?

  • In texas where I'm from it's18 for rifles and shot guns, 21 for pistols. 21 is a national standard for hand guns, but rifles vary from state to state. Hope this helps.

  • Interesting channel you got here. Getting a CCP has been something I've been thinking about for awhile. I'll check out you're blog.

  • Carrying a concealed weapon is about more than toting a gun around with you everyday. KP384 said it right. You are taking it upon yourself to protect the life and liberty of not only yourself, but of those around you. Of course you will begin to take more notice of them for several reasons. Whether they know it or not, you are willing to put your life on the line to defend yourself and them; and you have to be prepared if it is them you have to defend against. I'm proud to have you among us.

  • I have the full-sized XD-9 with that same Blackhawk holster that dude has. It's an IWB tho, not an OWB. Unless the picture posted in your blog is not the OWB that the dude carries.

    Springfield XD rules. (:

  • Hi, I would like to congratulate and commend you on your decision to conceal carry. I have just recently acquire my CHL (texas license), and I have to agree that having a CHL makes me more courteous to other people. I don't really know how to put this in words as to why I am more conscious of my interaction with other peoplem , but if I could sum it up in one word it would be "responsibility." Being responsible with your rights means you treat others with respect.
