By the way, loved the section on making brawn from a pigs head in the book. The description about the teeth not rendering down was a little 'eww' but all very interesting.

You and Rick got me into cooking and your exploits are the reason I am now excited about the upcoming spring and the time we'll be spending on our new allotment. (Several years of successful garden growing mean't we had to expand)
