Sorry, but 3 is a lot and Rams live in pairs. He only house 1 pair of German Blue Rams in a 12G or a pair of Apistogramma sp.
The problem is you can keep more, but when they breed they become aggressive and the dominant pair will bully the remaining fish. So it's best to have single pairs if you want to successfully breed them and avoid fish deaths.
The apisto , ram, and krib will most definately show aggression. However, the others being dwarf cichids themselves, they should have no trouble taking care of themselves. They'll ignore the loach, who at any rate, can defend himself with those eyeball switchblades if need be
it looks like you have blue rams and not bolivian rams..

@TheFishNetwork1 im sure there are some and i see this is a one year old cement but there are tons of books about dwarf and regular cichlid
