  • can anybody tell me how often should you squat should it be everyday or atleast 3 times a week?

  • is this good for low back ???

  • to get toned nd burn fat, should i use heavy weight for this??

  • @11033066099 this exercise stimulates testosterone production and it doesn't just benefit your leg, but also the other muscles of your body, and you will get toned.

  • @MrKhawaja14 For biceps barbell curl, chest bench press, back bent rows, legs squats and deadlifts, triceps skull crusher

  • I can't help myself but fart every time I squat ಠ_ಠ

  • hi whats a good weight to start with if youre a begginer

  • @killuminati7o3 if a beginner then you should be concentrating on techniques first, with weights much below your own bodyweight. Although squatting looks easy sometimes, many guys perform it completely wrong, injure themselves and then stop squatting altogether. Good luck!

  • @killuminati7o3 okay, i would recommend u start with just a bar, to get your form right. after that work your way up

  • @TheYousifsafaro thanks and what do you reccomend to lose man boobs

  • @killuminati7o3 okay you will need both good diet and intense workout, for diet 5-7 small meals a day. your diet will be 50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fat. for workouts do 12-8 reps. and you will lose fat and build muscle. to see if you made any results you should use body fat %. You will start losing fat off your entire body, not just chest, it doesn't work that way. i hope that helped, if you need any help pm me.

  • @TheYousifsafaro well i jog for 1 hour every morning and barely eat would that help?

  • @MrKhawaja14 squats, bench press and shoulder press with free wieght is what i started doing when i was your age and i gained a lot of muscle and increased my weight. make you sure you do it safely and take maxismucle progain after exercise. Hope that helps.

  • What about lifting barbell over your head straight up arms straight then back on shoulder then squat then repeat?

  • Ok this is a great exercise but i don't have a barbell rack or anything just a plain barbell, how can i lift the barbell up?

  • @theman1860 You should have someone there to spot you ideally so prehaps they could help leift the barbell up

  • @theman1860 too bad you can't access a gym with a power rack and a barbell. A power rack prolly cost 1, 000 bucks. But you can buy alternatives to just do it practically.I bought the 45$ weight bench where I could bench press, lunges, squats. Highest weight I loaded there was 245 pounds. but the barbell costs also about 80 dollars.

Now, it's probably ideal to go to school if you are undergraduate or get a gym membership.

  • @theman1860 You can try zercher squats. Hold the barbell in the crook of your elbows in front of you. When you squat, go down until your elbows touch your knees. You will use lighter weights, but it's a great workout and will improve your technique for traditional squats if you find a gym that has a rack.

  • I have knee problem my ligament were broke 15 years ago in a motorbike accident, will u suggest me this exercise.I already doing 15 to 20 squats three time a day just using my body weight.

  • You should check with a doctor or a physical therapist first, for a workout protocol that would best benefit you particular situation@kaslodhi23

  • @kaslodhi23

    I agree @oliverjohnbeaver

You should definitely check with a doctor or a physical therapist first.

  • @kaslodhi23 - I would like to hel but am not trained to give advice where injury is concerned without assessing in more detail. A PT at your local gym should be able to give you some pointers and show you how to do it to help you

  • Hi. Just wondering if you know...How can I load up my barbell safely when it's on a rack like this. Atm, I stick a 20kg weight on one side and try to hold the other end down while I get the other 20kg on. As you can imagaine, this is very difficult and unsafe. Any suggestions?

  • @Zazah86 - Most barbell stands (all modern stands) have pins either side of the stand to hold the bar in place. When loading the weights make sure both pins are crossing over the bar to hold the bar in place while loading the weights. Once the weights are loaded release the pins and carry out your squat.

  • Am I the only one who finds the bar hurting the back? I'm keeping with this regardless though, great vid.

  • @Blitzbok There are pads available to cover the bar where it's resting on your back. Helps big time.
