Hey Petey, your video sucks cuz there's all kinds drinkin and smokin and walkin your bikes instead of ridin 'em...na I'm just bustin your balls haha. Get a gopro and repost with a VENGEANCE!!!
@mattduder Haha lol, Thanks, you just made my day! I'm looking at those cameras, they look like just what I need, they're just soooo expensive, I'm going to have to save up for one. I just had a revisit to Ae forest in Dumfires, Scotland and a GoPro would have been just awesome for that.
@FostonPete oh ffs what do you expect? ok, how about this? Dear FostonPete, thank you for posting your video. However,i hope the following points may be of benefit to your future contributions.Firstly, your clip contained many photographs, and due to the fact that most YT viewers expect film footage, this tends to be something of an anticlimax. Also, you might want to consult a dictionary on the terminology of your post titles, particularly the words "extreme" and "uphill". "Extreme" suggests (cont...)
@neilus something beyond a normal level of ability, and when used with regards to sports, implies a very real threat of danger.I think i speak for most viewers when i say your film displays neither. And if,as i suspect, there was perhaps a touch of irony in the title,id suggest you refrain from attempting comic irony until your comic skills are rather more developed.May i wish you success in your future contributions, and not to post lame-arsed shite and then get the hump when ppl rip the shit...
@neilus Thanks for the response. I understand your frustration, your skill set is probably higher than most, and so your expectations are understandably high. There was meant to be four of us on the ride, one had smashed his ribcage riding down a steep section of rocks in a river earlier on. I honestly considered it to be extreme, but that is only my opinion. (contd . . .)
@neilus (contd . . .) In the future, I hope to improve, and so my definitions will probably change. I also hope to acquire more suitable video equipment rather than the cumbersome range finder style camera I currently own. No hump gained, no s**t given, just points of views exchanged, all of which encourage me to do better.
More like Extreme Hiking with your bike followed by extreme drinking. Cmon guys, you can do better than this video, otherwise you could have just left your bikes at home.
@Marist83USA yeah, true - actually it was more like extreme binge drinking followed by biking / hiking. Unfortunately It proved impossible to hold a point and shoot camera on the descents, though I'd have loved to have recorded them. We was so tired near the end that it was too much effort to get off the bike for obstacles I'd normally not attempt - so you just held on until it threw you off. One day I'll be able to afford a headcam and get some better footage for you.
@TurboPieru - It is a great place to visit and ride / climb / walk, and it can get busy in the summer. You only have to go a mile or so from the roads and the people start thinning out; then you're on your own in breathtaking scenery.
Ha! Yes, I definitley was craving to see some video of how your bikes handled the terrain, cos it looks like an incredible enviro to ride. Have been to the Cotswolds before I got into mountain biking, wish i could go back and bike there.
I would love to have filmed more, but I only have a rather cumbersome camera which is tricky enough to use when moving, let alone on rough terrain! And as you can see, there were quite a few areas where riding was impossible. The lakes are great for biking and so is Scotland - Check out my vid called "New HD Downhill headcam Film" - that has my friends headcam in it, and it was filmed at Ae, which is one of the Seven Staines in Scotland.
So er not much actual biking really. Very pretty scenery. but you could have shown a bitmore action other than you all recovering from heavy drinking all the time.
Oh and you gotta admit, Danny's comment was funny as shit

@Aeolus1668. Você está correto. É muito difícil segurar a câmera quando pedalar neste terreno!

@Freeformax - I'm very sorry for the 8 seconds of beer in the middle of this video and the 3 pictures at the end - I will try to cut down.
