serena is a vapid character- other than her looks she is completely uninteresting. blair is even prettier, AND she is presented as a more profound character. her dreams, aspirations, actions, words, and personality are not at all haphazard, but rather carefully selected in a fashion that allows one to completely understand and be able to sympathize with her. one would have to be made of cold metal if he or she is unable to feel anything for her. the conception of blair waldorf is purely genius.

no blair wasn't bored with him, because she lived in a fantasyworld not seeing that nate didn't want to go to yale. I love blair and all but seriously serena was actually the person nate always felt good with, because she never wanted to change him.

Yea, you do have a point there, but I do think Blair only wanted Nate to go Yale w/her, because she really cared about him and was scared if he didn't she would lose him, you know? He made her very vulnerable, -and she's obviously an already sensitive person -as we see w/her bulimia. -So I think it was just her insecurities that made her sometimes make Nate worried -although now we see why she was insecure, EVERYBODY in her life kind of takes her for granted -her mom never pays attention

her dad left, Nate's usually too stoned (in the books anyway) to really give her his heart the way she gives him hers, and Serena, is kind of just plain selfish. -She's always focused on her wants and desires that she never notices or cares when Blair needs someone. I like Serena, but she really can be kind of self-centered sometimes.

Serena is not the best friend anyone would dream to have -she slept w/HER best friend's boyfriend. And "drunk" is the lamest excuse in the world, no amount of alcohol could ever make me sleep w/my best friend's boyfriend. I know plenty of others who have gotten pretty wasted and they would NEVER dream of sleeping w/their best friend's bf or gf.

serena is a vapid character- other than her looks she is completely uninteresting. blair is even prettier, AND she is presented as a more profound character. her dreams, aspirations, actions, words, and personality are not at all haphazard, but rather carefully selected in a fashion that allows one to completely understand and be able to sympathize with her. one would have to be made of cold metal if he or she is unable to feel anything for her. the conception of blair waldorf is purely genius.

Im sorry but i cant always sympathize for Blair for she is putting up front...she trys to push herself out of her morals to stay queens b,..and to seek revenge others...Serena just naturally gets ur attention...she is the upper east side glamazon...and shouldnt have to dim her own personal light just because Blair feels insecure...Blair needs to see she is beautiful and intelligent and doesnt have to feel threated by anyone for any reason
