The metalcore aspect is the screaming. Sure, there's screaming in SOME grind (Noisegrind, some Crustgrind, ect) but it is mainly in metalcore.

The guitar has metalcore elements aswell.

Check out "Sack of Shit" by Naked City. The metalcore influences are more evident in that song.

Regular grindcore is growling with the occasional screams, Pornogrind is gurgling/growling/occasional scream, Goregrind is gurgling/growling, Blackgrind is shrieking, and some growling, Thrashgrind is growling with yelled vocals mixed in, Jazzgrind is growling, Fusiongrind is growling, ect. All grindcore is screaming?

As I said, in Sack of Shit, for example, you can hear the guitar resemblance, and obviously the screams.

Melodic metalcore is screaming mixed with clean vocals, and non-melodic metalcore is mainly screaming, but could also have growls.

really you're splitting hairs by differentiating the vox in melo death and death, goregrind and pornogrind, etc. no one analyzes their screams to figure out what genre they fit in. there really are no boundaries for vox within certain metal genres.
