Here's my theory, no matter how much, martial arts you know, you can can still be killed easily by a bullet. Sure, Norris could kick the gun out of Bronson's hands, but if the gun is out of his leg's reach he is pretty much screwed. Norris would have to sneak up on him ninja style.
