  • so wait... why did he kill that kid? what was his motive? and why was the really killer never questioned?

  • @jamesisaak777 The motive was that the owner was frustrated with everyone coming up to his renovating house. The hammer was probably a threat in the beginning, but then the kid was drunk and disrespectful. That pissed the owner off and he smashed his skull.

  • what so there's no continuation to this story? Colin is innocent but gets sent to jail???????????????????? please tell me there is another episode!

  • This is one that I REALLY wanted to be found not guilty. I hope he won his appeal.

  • on one hand I admire the show for having the balls to have an innocent go to prison

  • i would have pointed out that the footprints were inconclusive, and look harder into the neighbor. if there were holes in his story they could easily take him down.

  • They do have an appeal, so he's not quite without options. I would have liked to see the homeowner exposed for the crime, and maybe forced to give money to both Colin and the family of the boy he killed (which can happen to people who frame others and get nailed for it.)

  • thanks for writing, that this was the homeowner :D i just saw the epidode on tv and really didnt get it :D so i searched on youtube and you helped me out of my ignorance :D

  • yah,,,so sad...

  • he is so not guilty:(

  • i loe bug hall

  • Poor Colin :(
