i wish i can say I was sitting! I was standing because I do security, I am not allowed to sit so I was on my feet for 17 hours that day! I was one of the many security you saw in orange shirts. I am sure we might have crossed each other though. Many drunk spectators, one even fell on top of me!
i work at the stadium and was posted right in the middle of the field between section A and B, with the runway stage right next to me! I saw Everything!
:D the funny thing is, I am not even a real AC/DC fan, and even then, I still thought it was quite a show! Yeah, I do get paid to work the concerts, but like I said, you spend a lot of hours on your feet, and if your work shoes arent comfortable, your in trouble! Even with my comfy shoes, my feet were killing me at end of show. Worth it though.
yes, they are always exciting. I typically work in the tunnel, and that is just as exciting as working out on the stands., only no exposure to the extreme weather. From where I am posted, I can see the patriots go in and out of their locker room, I see the press. I am just outside the officials locker room so I've gotten to know them well. worked in the tunnel for 3 years and out in the stands and gates for 3 years before that.
I think you can actually start working there as young as 15 or 16. The are always in need of help. The application process is involved because you have to fill out ten pages of paper work, and for security reasons, they have to do a back ground check on you. 99 percent of the people get hired on the spot.
Yeah I bought the tickets literally the second they went on sale, did "best available" on Ticketmaster and it gave me some way off to the side on the floor... so I tried again and it gave me these. I figured AC/DC tickets would go FAST, so I took what I could and was kicking myself yesterday morning when there were still GOOD tickets for sale. Oh well. Section 332, not TOO bad I guess... either way, great show!
Dude,Brian Johnson does it even better than Bon Scott. Plus,Brian Johnson is a fucking beast.
