I met Richard in an airport. He was the MOST gracious, kind, and sincere person. There was a line of 3 people (me included) who wanted to get a picture with him and for the brief period of time that it was each person's turn to get their picture he spoke briefly to us and made us feel like we were the only person in the airport with him. What a great guy!
