The poor do not get richer.My middle class husband had his EARNED health care compensation taken by the Omnibus Budget Reconcilation Act of 1993. Our real estate taxes will make us lose our home. Workers' Comp makes it impossible for our business to grow: more than $2,000 for an employee making only $800.00 per yr.Congress works for the rich.State of VT owns our children. Forced volunteerism in order to graduate forcing some to "sell" their standards for the gov standard. 3&4 yrs go to daycare!

No difference between the Democrats and the Republicans. The Republicans will give tax breaks to corporations and the middle class will be forced to make up the difference. The Democrats stop the tax breaks for the wealthy? Hell no. No one cares about the middle class. Look at the interest rates, we have to pay. Look at the gas guzzlers, we drive. Our wages -stuck in the 60s. Only the rich get richer. Warren Buffett says it best -the rich are winning. Never vote for an R or D!

Republicans gave tax breaks to all TAX PAYING americans. And yes you do give corporations tax breaks. Why? It spurs economic GROWTH. Which means it HIRES more middle class americans AND middle class americans payless because the company plays less. Buffet is part of socialist elite. Well I guess some of those tax breaks for corporations haven't trickled-down to me yet. How many or should I wait? Don't we have fewer jobs now than before the tax breaks?How about proportional taxation, according to well? Everyone paying their fair share, not just the middle-class paying taxes. Then all of those on the take, would probably stop asking for so much "free" stuff. I just want everyone to pay their fair share, not more not less. Just their fair share.

The secret about corporate taxes; Corporations don't pay taxes. There customers pay those taxes though higher prices. If you want lower prices on what ever you buy eliminate all corporate taxes.

Ahhh, let's give the rich a break - say the rich don't have to pay any taxes at all. How about corporations paying all of the taxes, any individuals pay none. Wouldn't that equal the same thing? Or do you own a corporation? How about everyone being taxed without deductions,or, everyone paying a tax at time of purchase without any other tax? Why does it have to stay so complicated? So many simple solutions, but, they will not come from the Democrats and the Republicans

Warren Buffett doesn't intend to pay "his fair share" either. He has taken care to pledge his fortune to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust 501(c)(3). That means his $62 Billion will be realized without paying the $20+ billion due to the government upon his death. Some hero you have there.
