  • Good Cover Bro..!!!

  • is this the reprised version or the original

  • i love how this guys playing this song just like he would when hes having fun jamming out. like the other kid said, hes playing for himself, because he likes to

  • awesome it sounds almost like its not even a cover

  • he can play the drums like a Motha F*ckin riot

  • Nice man check out mine too on my channel! keep rockin!

  • very very nice i play this song well and i think u did better than i can gud job bro

  • whoever disliked this is a fuck

  • Damn, I was jammin' to this. Funky bro, props.

  • Nice cover man.

Have you considered doing "New Thrash"?

  • I find songs are broing without fills... All you did was play the hi hats, snare, and bass drum andit kinda got boring. I know they're not in the song, but it would be nice to hear some... OH WAIT you have no toms to fill on.... my bad.

  • @godjesusmoses He's playing, for him, and for people who like how he plays. Not for you. Get over it.

  • @godjesusmoses fool how many toms you need lik 47? its a 4 piece kit...i think thats enough haha

  • @nikelegend77 yupp that all u need

  • haha my only drumset is the school one and its soo ghetto we had to tune ad timbale wierd so it would work as a tom :P

  • real solid

  • Yea.

Bud Gaugh And Kelly Vargis Both Used Alot Of Timbale In The Sublime Songs Though.

I Think It Kinda Adds The Reggae To The Punk.

  • Don't forget Field Marshall Goodman

  • beastly cover :)

  • whats that above your snare? another snare?

  • its called a timbale - its a latin percussion instrument frequently used in reggae - it has only one head, open bottom

  • ohh thats awsome lol

  • @toddsmith00 hey bro you can go with only one head on any drum accept snare... i drum with everything only one head

  • i have two timbales. they have a weird sound lol

  • crazy stuff dude

  • gives me a woody erry time haha

  • Yes indeedy!

    Very good.

Does anyone know where I can get the drum sheet music for this?

    I really need it.

  • excellent job is excellent =D

  • Favorite song in the world=) represent man,

    Taylor

  • did bud use the moeller technique on all his songs?

  • think so or he just slammed the snare

  • pretty much. only acouple of their songs use eighth notes, most of their songs use 16th notes

  • most of their songs bud uses the shuffle grove and a few he uses 16th notes like 'badfish'

  • whats the difference between the shuffle groove and the 16th note with one hand?

  • the shuffle grove is more of a rounded sound where as 16th note is more of a straight feel

  • yeah, i just noticed how different it feels your right. thanks man. its actually easier to shuffle i think. but i like both.

  • its pretty easy i just cant keep the rhythm i usually go in to 16th notes or jazz feel lol

  • excellant job man, someday I'll be able to do that, soon I hope!

  • If I were to look away from the screen and just listen to the music, I cud never tell the difference from the original song. Sick job dude!

  • this is the sickest cover ever, great job man

  • im trying to learn this song but i can't seem to get that bass drum line. but i think you covered this song perfectly. even those snare notes!

  • Frickin awesome man. Sublime was the best band ever. I'm joining a tribute band. Sublime!

  • pretty decent but please tune your snare

  • hey dude. you should do "Burritos"

  • another amazing cover...

    but doesnt your back hurt?

  • are there ghost notes on the snare?

  • i've always played them on the 'and' right after beats 2 and 4 - i think the album has them too. I just flow better when I put them in there.

  • In english please : For a beutiful summer morning,love,love,love... (And you are a good good drumer,Peace)

  • thanks so much

  • Pentru o dimineata frumoasa de vara, Iubeste,iubeste,iubeste....

  • this one is a hard one to get, I think thats Romanian??? Cuz iubeste, i think, means God bless you or something....someone out there that can help me with translation?

  • that timbale sounds fuckin on point! you got some rythym man

  • yeah i love that drum...i treat it like crap and it still sounds good

  • great. job.

what kind of drum is before the snare? i love its sound:D

  • its a timbale

  • what's it mark?

  • not quite sure what you mean by "mark", but I know the brand is Matador, if thats wha youre asking. Is that what you wanted to know?

  • Great job!!! like the sound of the snare

  • Good timing- you should keep your elbows more at your sides though.. Eventually that will catch up and cause issues.
