In airsoft its used to store a battery (like a bigger one that your gun normaly would be able to fit), but can also be used as a tactical light / laser combo. On a real gun the beams of light it produces can only be seen through night vision goggles.

Make a Type like this:

1.Laser Pointer on Left Side of Barrel

2.Put a Suppresser

3.M203 Granade Launcher/Front Grip or Bipod

4.Red Dot Scope "NOT ACOG!!!!

5. On the Top part of the Barrel put a ACOG REFLEX!!! "NOTE, NOT THE SAME AS A REGULAR ACOG SCOPE!!!"

6.On Right side of Barrel Put a FLASHLIGHT!! Thats It " Oh and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A STRAP BECAUSE IT MAY BE HEAVY!!!
