Its tuned stupid low, heavy (too much) distortion, probably some chorus. They may have even just pumped it through a computer and skipped all that to make it sound electronic-ey.

I dont remember that...then again, I saw the DVD last when it first came out lol. All I can say is that Orgy kicks 100 times more ass live then on their studio albums. Caught them on their last tour in NYC. I had two backstage passes with me to chill with them but I gave them up to this kid and this girl from Jersey...I regret it sometimes lol
