To Harper Wish there was a drug strategy in the late 50's my life was destroyed in part by the Canadian gov't and the CIA financing brainwashing experiments using LSD among other things.I found out in may 2007 that The CSIS have me in a terrorist bank for no legitmate reason Finding this out has caused me to have flahbacks etc

Fact is, a war on drugs cannot be won. The more draconian the laws, the more violent and criminal the industry will become. Joe Public will be less safe. He knows this. As with every other failing government program, the solution will be more laws, more funding! Government wins, you lose.

Yes, he's right, this is the culture of prohibition, which seeks simply to punish young and minority folks and doesn't, in any way shape or form, reduce drug use. Harper is the problem when he's trying to say he's the solution. It's truly sad.
