come on guys, why are you proud of 12:1 afr at idle? and did I see in the 10's at wot. That thing is absolutely pig rich. You need to tune air bleeds and get the afr at wot to 12.8-13 at idle it should be 15:1 or 15.5-16 if it has a good ignition. partial throttle should be low 14 hig 13 at most. this is a real bad example of tuning and hho application.
you got a dyno, tune that thing correctly.

OK, you did a lot of testing. But I see no actual results posted about how much the hho system added and what the HP outout increase was. Also, if you basicly do manually what the computer does your results will be the same, increasing the fuel air ratio to compensate for the hydrogen fuel will cause the same results of adding hydro to a computerized car. Even though the MPG will not increase (maybe decrease) the exhaust will be cleaned some and power should go up. SO... the resuts of test were?
