What kind of angles do you haved to cut to get the stripps to fit together? What if instead of a jig you used brad nails to nail the strips right to the ribs and then fibre glass it? If you do use a jig how do you hold the strips in place and remove them after you are done? Thanks for makeing the video.

Your looking at about 100 hours minimum before glassing it.

@da13ro Oh I don't think THAT much before glass. I built a 12' one and when you get on a roll, you can bang a ton of strips out in just a few hours

I'm guessing the string shows how to cut the taper at the end of the next strip of wood so that they marry on the centre line.
