You need a license to catch a fish why not to have a child ? Parents should be charged for the child's actions until he/she turns into an adult. This way people will stop having kids unnecessarily and be accountable for them. Otherwise, these screwed up kids are a bane to society at large where civilized people live i.e. those who do not believe that violence is the answer to anything and jungle behavior is unacceptable.

hey i would say that not every parent have the capacity or ability to train and decipline their children properly. Sometimes they don't have the ability sometimes society don't allow, therefore i believe it is the role of government and individuals like azim and that guys grandpa and ourself to build organizations where we can educate kids and decipline. This is why we have education system. One of the things i see missing in education system is educating decipline, manner and common way of life
