Yikes! That white gown looks just UNBELIEVABLE on you. But you know about the downgrading of the bank stocks, it should have happened WAY back when, 2007, but didn't. When the rest of the country tanked they should have too. The weird law you mentioned prevents people from capitalizing on a bank's misfortune, as was the case during the Depression (the first one) because it protects other people's money and etc. But they did it to us, I figure we should be able to do it to them too.
