Solution to our budget is to create a flat tax so that everyone will be more fiscally responsible. Allowing less educated children with an increasing amount of emotional disorders (25% of the people under 25) will not bode well for the future of our state let alone our country.

There are genetic causes to some issues, but majority is caused by the society itself. If society creates the problem society is responsible for resolving the problem.
