For the record that spark is real. Hwile this is not a high speed camera it is fast enough to catch it. Plus it is dark out. Believe me I know electric fences.

Eve if it is real...it's unlikely to make a spark like that, electric fences are a high enough voltage to cause pain upon touch, a very short, sharp contact with one through a stream of piss wouldn't do any lasting damage.
