These plants are actually very efficient. Most of the emissions coming out of the stack is water. The local car and truck traffic are the signiifcant contributors to NOX and CO2 in the pilsen and little village areas. The stacks were designed to be 500' which takes the small insignificant NOX and CO2 into the upper atmosphere. Yeah close these plants and take a few million dollars out of these communities. The people who made this do not work or live there.
