I lost over 45lbs with this man and I needed the disapline because I would have been cheating and side stepping and he does not allow you to do that. Just people consistently saying they lost roughly 10 lbs a month at an average of 2.5 lbs a week which is standard for an aggressive weight loss regimen he's not working miracles he's working an angle. Plus we still lack VISIBLE PROOF. All of the women in his program are still overweight.

This country has a conflicting mentality when it comes to abuse. We dissect each issue and say one part isn't abuse because of the outcome or tone but the other is based on physical and psychological changes in the subject. However abuse is actually more complex than what we are taught by society.

I can wait to this comes out, i've been a trainer for years and even though i think this dude is a bit harsh, i think this is what a lot of people need to get to there goals, this kinda of motiviation. plus you can't argue with the results and thats all people care about in the end, much respect! But this video keep me laughing the whole time!!!

Why can't you argue with the results? There is no "Before' to compare. Just people consistently saying they lost roughly 10 lbs a month at an average of 2.5 lbs a week which is standard for an aggressive weight loss regimen he's not working miracles he's working an angle. Plus we still lack VISIBLE PROOF. All of the women in his program are still overweight.

He is definitely not a miracle work, but i have to admit every once in a while i get a client, i would love to send to him because they just don't try and want a miracle to happen, i just can't bring myself to talk to anybody that type of way, lol. However i would love to see proof before and after. I wouldn't be surprise if this guy is all talk and no action. but he would shock a lot of people if these people gets huge results.

Why? At least he is doing something about the obesity problem. Being obese is a serious problem, it brings HUGE mental and physical risks along. Some people can lose the weight on their own and some need a ''hard hand'' to push them. Whatever works for people. I personally know some people who could use a King James in their lives.
