You can't. If you try to, it deletes the save file of ChaosBlack. You can, however, trade it to FireRed and LeafGreen and migrate it from there, but then the Pokemon will be the normal Kanto Pokemon...

Pokemon Chaos Black is a fake Pokemon created by some nerd that is obsessed with Pokemon. It has the same island and places as Blue/Red (but updated versions) and they just have different names. The Pokemon are hacked and look rediculous and still have the same sounds as the old ones. They are just altered versions of each Pokemon. The storyline is pretty much the same, just the gym leaders are different. Since it's a fake game you can't buy it anywhere. You can probably buy it on ebay.

Chaos Black is an unofficial pokemon game based of a current official pokemon game's structure but with changed sprites and pokemon names. It is available I believe in ROM form, which means it can be played on GBA emulators. I think you can buy it in cartridge form as well, but it is basically a well done rip off. Hope that helps.
